We will start the day with Dolmabahce Palace, the last residence of the Ottoman sultans, built in the mid-19th century. This palace served as the main administrative center of the Ottoman Empire from 1856 to 1887 and from 1909 to 1922. The we will have an extraordinary 2-hours Bosphorus cruise with private yacht, explore the famous Ottoman mansions of the Bosphorus with the explanations of an expert guide. In the afternoon, we continue to Ortaköy, a popular neighbourhood for locals with its art galleries, night clubs, cafés and restaurants. We drive to Taksim Square, for a walk on Istiklal Street, the liveliest and the most colorful street of Istanbul. We will see historical embassy buildings, churches and ancient buildings from outside, and finally we will reach 66 meters tall “Galata Tower”, built as a defensive tower by the Genoese. We will have the opportunity to take photo of the best views of the city from the top of the tower.
