Private Sightseeing & Walking Tour of Asian Side of Istanbul
Description
We start our program with Beylerbeyi Palace, an imperial ottoman summer residence built between 1861-1865. Then we will have a walking tour in the streets of Kuzguncuk district, and enjoy the antique wooden houses. We will drive to Üsküdar, a charming Ottoman district full of historic mosques and complexes. In the afternoon, we continue with Kadikoy district. Kadikoy is historically known as Chalcedon literally meaning the ‘City of the Blind’. Our tour will begin with the historical harbour buildings of Kadikoy and will continue in the narrow streets of famous fish market and decent quarter of Moda. Visits to churches, mosques and mansions are also part of this tour. At the end of the day, we get back to the old city with a 20 minutes boat ride in the Bosphorus.
